Firstly, congratulations for moving away from single use plastic. Using one of our soap-free shampoo bars is an absolute pleasure, and it’s so easy to do.

Follow these simple steps:

1. Wet your hair thoroughly and the bar.
2. Rub the bar in a circular motion on the top of your head to build up a decent lather. Incorporate a bit of water to get the desired amount of bubbles.
3. Put the bar down, continue to wash your hair as normal and rinse out.
4. Repeat if your hair requires a second wash. 

What's the best way to store a shampoo bar?

Finally, wash the lather off your bar and we recommend storing your bar somewhere for it to dry before putting it away in a tin. Or better yet, store your bars in the clever wall mounted Block Dock which is especially designed for maximum air flow meaning your bar dries in record time, away from the splash zones in your shower. How long will my shampoo bar last?

Our 75g bars are equivalent to approximately three bottles of shampoo. Reducing plastic waste can be so satisfying and every bottle that is saved helps our planet. Some of the plastic bottles may be recyclable but lids and pump lids are usually not accepted in recycling bins.
