Domestic Shipping

Within New Zealand shipping is free for orders over $60. For smaller orders there is a flat rate of $7. 

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Our orders are dispatched with Posthaste Couriers. Urban deliveries are 1-2 business days while rural deliveries could take 3-4 days. 

Australian Customers

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-2 business days. Orders are dispatched with NZ Courier Post’s untracked “International Air Small Post Service”. Target delivery is 3 - 14 working days. If you wish your package to be tracked, please send us an enquiry at hello@dearheart.co.nz before placing your order to determine freight costs.
