Hard

I find It a bit hard, need to rub for a while to feel like I have enough on my finger to transfer to my lip, might be better when the weather warms up a bit, I like to concept.

Sorry you were not satisfied with the balm Christine. Yes they are hard balms due to the high content of cocoa butter and are formulated that way so they stay on the lips longer. It should definitely soften in the warmer environment though. All the best.

Lush lips

I love this lip balm, after using it now for 12 months, I can say that my lips are more nourished and less chapped than with previously used products. I would absolutely recommend. Also being in a recyclable tin is a win!

Cannot recommend this lip balm enough!
Coconut-y 'holiday' scent and really nourishes. Have found it works real good against cold winds, unlike other brands.
